A steady decline
A blustry March day, about 45 degress colder then Friday. Ran one mile on the track, and worked out on machines, for a total of 30 minute workout, short but effective. My bicep has been bothering me a little lately, and I need to make a doctor appointment. My weight is down to 204 lbs, a slow but steady decline in weight and four pounds from my goal of 40 pound weight loss to 196 lbs.
