Worked out at the rec center before work this morning. Felt great, no discomfort in chest. Was my last day at Richfield Penske, and things were just starting to gt better there. They presented me with a cake. Went out to lunch with Kevin Kelly at Musketeers. I will be at Lorain Ford Assembly on Monday, for at least two weeks. Starting at 10 am, so I will be able to hit the rec center in the morning.
