Fair Time

Went to the Wayne County fair on Monday, passed up all the french fry booths (and the "deep fried snickers" as well). Ate at the cafeteria and ate somewhat healthy. South Care Group got together Tuesday for pot luck and the annual planning. Had to count this as one cheat day. Hit the gym today with the MH Homegrown Muscle phase one. Going well, but very extreme. Went to dad's to continue painting the garage afterwards.
